Flywire is now available as an international payment option via the Student Account
Penn State and Flywire have been partners since 2012 for the secure processing of international payments. Now, students and authorized payers have an “International Payment” option available when logged in to the student account, which directs them to the secure Flywire payment portal.
Flywire offers international payment methods for almost every country (with the exception of U.S. Government Sanctioned countries), with multilingual customer support available via phone, chat, and email 24/7, and a best price guarantee. Additionally, there is no guessing about the status of a payment sent to Penn State when using Flywire since a payment can be traced from the time it is initiated until it is posted to the student account.
The integration of Flywire with CASHNet (Penn State’s third-party payment solution vendor) was implemented to help streamline international education-related payments and improve the user experience for Penn State’s international students and their families.
