What if I am a veteran but I am not utilizing Department of Veteran Affairs education benefits?

Veterans, military personnel, and other classes of members of qualifying Federal service, their spouses and dependents, may be eligible for in-state tuition regardless of residency status under state or federal law (Pennsylvania General Assembly 2023, Act 14m HB 804: Military Personnel – Residency Status for Students – Residency of Students).
